Specialising in real portraiture of real people, I’ve been taking bold images that feel as genuine as they look for over 10 years.

As a pro photographer, I’m sure you’d expect me to say that the technicals come first - but for me, they don’t.

Portraits are about so much more than the “perfect shot”, they’re about capturing what you thought you could only feel, not see.

When you hire us, first of all, we’ll have fun with you. Your memory will be of something cool and different you did with those you love the most. Second, a photoshoot. Together we’ll have a ball an share some laughs… and those cherished memories will last forever.

The boring stuff

• Established in 2010 in Milton Keynes, our offices currently reside in Redhouse Park, MK.

• Fiona Sheppard, the owner and lead photographer at Walker McCabe has been a photographer for over 10 years, holding an Extended National Diploma in photography (Triple Distinction).

• We currently have a permanent team of two, Fiona and Charlotte, with a large network of professional Associates in videography and photo, contracting with us where they can add value.

• We shoot almost all of our images with prime lenses meaning that sharpness, speed and quality are never compromised for ease (occasionally the super wide-angle zoom does come out!).

• The creatives who contract with us have gone through multiple trials and extensive training before working with you and our longest standing assistant has been working with Walker McCabe for 7 years+.

• All of our print product partners have gone through scrupulous tests and assessments before we bring their products to you.

• Adobe Lightroom is editing application of choice and none of our images are edited using bought presets or mass editing techniques, but rather hand retouched with care.

• Our screens are colour calibrated every time we edit, meaning your hand-retouched images & video will always be perfectly toned.

• We offer all of our online gallery and shopping functions with a trusted professional platform, keeping your data safe and being able to offer online secure payments for invoices and follow-up product orders.
