Walker McCabe’s Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy applies between you and Walker McCabe Photography (Fiona McCabe) the owner and provider of these services and this website.
Cancelled Bookings
Once Walker McCabe Photography reserves a date/time for the client/s on receipt of a deposit payment, they ceases attempting to sell their services for this date/time to others.
Following a deposit/ retainer payment, there is a 14 day cooling off period. Once an agreed shoot is within 48 hours, even if within 14 days of booking, deposits/ retainers are non-refundable if cancellation occurs due to Walker McCabe having already extensively prepared for your booking, therefor this fee is retained as an admin fee.
Once photographs have been taken, bookings may not be cancelled. Should the images no longer be required, full payment will remain payable.
If a booking is cancelled or postponed Walker McCabe Photography suffers a loss. Therefore, if the client cancels or postpones the event before the event, reasonable liquidated damages are the initial retainer/deposit payment, which is not refundable.
If the cancellation or postponement of an event is done within 60 days before the event, the reasonable liquidated damages are 50% of all monies, including, but not limited to, the deposit/ retainer that has been paid to Walker McCabe Photography.
Cancelled Orders
Once Walker McCabe Photography puts items to print, orders can no-longer be cancelled or altered.
Once a Gift Voucher has been issued, they are non-refundable.
Walker McCabe’s Returns Policy – Print Products/ Additional Items
This Returns Policy applies between you and Walker McCabe Photography (Fiona McCabe) the owner and provider of these services and this website.
If an additional item/ print product were returned, Walker McCabe Photography would suffer a loss, due to the bespoke nature of their products. Once Walker McCabe Photography has provided an image/ set of images digitally or physically, this print product/ additional item is non-refundable/ returnable.
Once a Gift Voucher has been issued, they are non-refundable and have no cash value. Due to the unique voucher code having been issued at point of sale, if returned, Walker McCabe would have to dispose of the Gift Voucher, making a business loss.
Should there be any damages at point of delivery, Walker McCabe will work with client/s to investigate and overcome any legitimate issues.
Changes to Cancellation and Returns Policies
Walker McCabe Photography reserves the right to change this privacy policy as we may deem necessary from time to time or as may be required by law. Any changes will be immediately posted on the Website and you are deemed to have accepted the terms of the privacy policy on your first use of the Website following the alterations.
